Voicemail Features

Check Your Voicemail

1. Dial *98[extension] and press "Send/Dial"
2. Enter your voicemail password when prompted.

Change Your Voicemail Greeting

1. Dial into your extension's voicemail.
2. Press 0 for Mailbox Options.
3. Press 1 to record your Unavailable Greeting.
4. After recording your greeting:
• Press 1 to accept your recording. --OR--
• Press 2 to listen to it. --OR--
• Press 3 to re-record your message.

Set A Temporary Greeting

1. Dial into your extension's voicemail.
2. Press 0 for Mailbox Options.
3. Press 4 to record a Temporary Greeting.
4. After recording your greeting:
• Press 1 to accept your recording. --OR--
• Press 2 to listen to it. --OR--
• Press 3 to re-record your message.
5. Your Temporary Greeting will now play to callers instead of your normal Unavailable Greeting.

Remove Temporary Greeting

1. Dial into your extension's voicemail.
2. Press 0 for Mailbox Options.
3. Press 4 to record a Temportary Greeting.
4. Press 2 to remove your Temporary Greeting.
5. Your normal Unavailable Greeting will now resume playing to callers.
