To transfer a phone call
(TRANSFER)
dial (extension) (SEND)
(TRANSFER)
While talking to the person you want to transfer (don't put them on hold)
Press (TRANSFER) button
Push or Type the (extension) you want to transfer to and select (SEND)
The phone will call the extension with the person you want to transfer on hold with on hold music
You can now talk to the other extension and see if they want the call transfered to them.
To Transfer
Press (TRANSFER) again to transfer the call.
Hang Up.
Done
If you want to send the caller to the other extension without talking yourself to the extension
(TRANSFER)
dial (extension) (SEND)
(TRANSFER)
Hang up.
