Schat Communications

Option 1 - From Your Phone's Menu:

1. Find the Forward option on your phone. You may need to press More to find it.
2. Follow the prompts on the phone to Enable Call Forwarding and enter the phone number calls should be forwarded to.

Option 2 - From the Web UI:

1. In your web browser, navigate to https://voip.schat.net and login with your username and password (provided by Schat Communications).
2. In the menu on the left, click Settings then click Call Forwarding.
3. In the "Call Forwarding Always" section, click the radio button for Enabled.
4. In the "Don't ring my phone, immediately forward callers to" section, enter the phone number you want calls forwarded to.
5. At the bottom of the page, click Save.

To remove call forwarding (from Phone menu):

1. Find the Forward option on your phone. You may need to press More to find it.
2. Follow the prompts on the phone to Disable Call Forwarding.

To remove call forwarding (Web UI):

1. In the "Call Forwarding Always" section, click the radio button for Disabled.
2. You don't need to delete your phone number from the "Don't ring my phone, immediately forward callers to" section. It will be remembered, making future call forwards easier.
3. At the bottom of the page, click Save.
