How to Forward Calls
Option 1 - Forwarding From Your Phone's Menu:
Find the Forward option on your phone. You may need to press More to find it.
You will then have Three options to choose from, 1.Always, 2.No Answer, and 3.Busy.
Option one, Always will redirect the caller to a phone of your choice.
Option two, No Answer will send the caller to a phone of your choice if it is not picked up.
Option three, Busy will redirect the caller to a phone of your choice if there is a call already in progress.
After choosing an option, just type the phone number into the Contact tab and hit Enable.
Finally, call the Phone to test if the changes are working correctly.
Option 2 - Forwarding From the App:
If you do not have the Thirdlane App downloaded on either your computer or phone, please follow the walkthrough in this link: https://hostbill.schat.net/admin/?cmd=knowledgebase&action=article_view&id=13.
Once logged in, go to the menu on the left, click the Gear icon, this will take you to Settings where you can then click onto the option for Call Forwarding.
Within the page for Call Forwarding, you have two options to choose from, 1.Forward all calls made to my office extension and 2.Forward calls when my office phone is busy.
Option One will forward all calls going to the Phone to a number of your choice. To Enable it, click on the Check Box beside it and put in the Number and Time Range.
Option Two will forward all calls to a number of your choosing when there is a call in progress. To Enable it, click on the Check Box beside it and enter your Number and Time Range.
Once you are ready, press Save at the bottom of the page and then call the phone to make sure it's working, it may take a couple minutes to enable the new settings.

Choose the option that you wish to Disable, at the bottom of the tab, it should show Disable if it has been Enabled.
Press the buttom for Disable and then call the phone to test. It may take a couple minutes for the settings to switch over.
